Gregg Bashore, CPA

Education Gregg received an Associate’s degree from International Business College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saint Francis.  He earned the CPA designation in 1982.

Professional / Community Involvement Gregg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is a member of Willow Bend Country Club and Calvary Evangelical Church.  Gregg is also current treasurer and past president of the Van Wert Rotary Club.  He is also past president of the Van Wert Area Chamber of Commerce.

Personal Activities / Hobbies Gregg enjoys family time with his wife, Sandy and their two sons, Andrew and Daniel. He especially enjoys the latest Bashore, his grandson Eli. He enjoys playing golf and participating in area 5k walk/runs.  A favorite hobby is singing, as Gregg sang with the Evangels gospel trio for over 20 years.

Gloria Waterman, CPA

Gloria joined the firm in 1982 and began her career at the Van Wert office. She became an owner in 2005 and transitioned to part-time in 2022. Her practice concentrations are non-profit audits, governmental audits, individual and business tax preparation and planning, and accounting software consulting.

Professional/ Community Involvement: Paige is a member of the Optimist Club of Van Wert.

Personal Activities / Hobbies: Paige loves to cook, explore new restaurants, go on walks with her dogs, hang out with friends and family, and go shopping. She also loves to listen to music and drive with no destination in mind.

Tamali Pruden

Tamali joined the firm in 1986 coming out of Fort Wayne and was originally hired as the firm’s senior office secretary where she was in charge of word processing duties and assembly of tax returns.  In 2003 she was promoted to the position of payroll services administrator for the Van Wert clients.  She also serves as the portal administrator and handles the electronic filing services for the Van Wert office.
